LATAR BELAKANG                        :

Sejak Negara Indonesia diproklamasikan telah ditetapkan dalam UUD 1945 bahwa perekonomian Indonesia dilaksanakan atas dasar demokrasi ekonomi, di mana perekonomian disusun sebagai usaha bersama berdasar atas asas kekeluargaan. Rumusan ini merupakan hasil pemikiran Bung Hatta beserta Bung Karno tentang system perekonomian setelah mempertimbangkan saran dari Ki Hajar Dewantara. Bangun perusahaan yang sesuai dengan perekonomian Indonesia adalah koperasi. Berdasarkan atas penjelasan pasal 33 UUD 1945, dapat diketahui bahwa koperasi merupakan salah satu sector ekonomi yang sangat kuat kedudukannya, karena jelasjelas diamanatkan oleh UUD 1945. Dari penjelasan pasal 33 UUD 1945 secara eksplisit disebutkan bahwa pelaku ekonomi adalah sektor negara dan koperasi, sedangkan sector swasta hanya disebut secara implisit. Oleh sebab itu semua warga negara Indonesia berkewajiban untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan koperasi sebagai salah satu sektor ekonomi Indonesia sejajar dengan badan usaha milik Negara dan usaha swasta.

Berdasarkan hasil kajian terhadap berbagai koperasi di Indonesia yang sukses, Jangkung Handoyo Mulyo (2007) mengidentifikasi beberapa factor kunci sukses dalam rangka pengembangan dan pemberdayaan koperasi. Faktor–faktor tersebut adalah Pemahaman pengurus dan anggota terhadap jati diri koperasi, yang dicitrakan oleh pengetahuan mereka terhadap ‘tiga serangkai koperasi’ yang meliputi pengertian koperasi (definition of co-operative), nilai-nilai koperasi (values of cooperative) dan prinsip-prinsip gerakan koperasi (principles of co-operative). Setelah dipahami, selanjutnya diimplementasikan dalam setiap aktivitas koperasi. Kemampuan Pengurus untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan kolektif anggota. Melalui penjaringan aspirasi anggota akan dapat diketahui berbagai kebutuhan yang diinginkan anggota, sehingga akan dapat diidentifikasi kebutuhan kolektif para anggota. Adanya kesungguhan Pengurus dan pengelola dalam mengelola koperasi. Untuk itu pengurus dan pengelola perlu kerja keras, ulet, inovatif, pantang menyerah, jujur dan transparan. Agar koperasi berhasil, diperlukan figur pengurus yang memang benar-benar dapat mengemban amanah anggota. Kegiatan usaha koperasi harus bersinergi dengan usaha anggota, sehingga koperasi akan mampu memfasilitasi dan memberikan pelayanan sebaik-baiknya apa yang diperlukan anggota. 5. Biaya transaksi antara koperasi dengan anggota lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan biaya transaksi antara anggota terhadap badan usaha non koperasi.

A. Pengertian koperasi

Koperasi merupakan sebuah badan usaha yang memiliki anggota dan setiap orangnya memliki tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing yang memiliki prinsip koperasi dan berdasar pada ekonomi rakyat sesuai dengan asas kekeluargaan yang tercantum pada Undang Undang Nomor 25 tahun 1992.

B. sejarah koperasi

Sejarah singkat gerakan koperasi bermula pada abad ke-20 yang pada umumnya merupakan hasil dari usaha yang tidak spontan dan tidak dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang sangat kaya. Koperasi tumbuh dari kalangan rakyat, ketika penderitaan dalam lapangan ekonomi dan sosial yang ditimbulkan oleh sistem kapitalisme semakin memuncak. Beberapa orang yang penghidupannya sederhana dengan kemampuan ekonomi terbatas, terdorong oleh penderitaan dan beban ekonomi yang sama, secara spontan mempersatukan diri untuk menolong dirinya sendiri dan manusia sesamanya.

C. Prinsip Koperasi

Prinsip koperasi adalah suatu sistem ide -ide abstrak yang merupakan petunjuk untuk membangun koperasi yang efektif dan tahan lama. rinsip koperasi terbaru yang dikembangkan International Cooperative Alliance (Federasi koperasi non-pemerintah internasional) adalah

·         Keanggotaan yang bersifat terbuka dan sukarela

·         Pengelolaan yang demokratis,

·         Partisipasi anggota dalam ekonomi

·         Kebebasan dan otonomi,

·         Pengembangan pendidikan, perlatihan dan informasi

Di indonesia sendiri telah dibuat UU no 25 tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian. Prinsip koperasi menurut UU no. 25 tahun 1992 adalah:

·         Keanggotaan bersifat sukarela dan terbuka

·         Pengelolaan dilakukan secara demokrasi

·         Pembagian SHU dilakukan secara adil sesuai dengan jasa usaha masing-masing anggota

·         Pemberian balas jasa yang terbatas terhadap modal

·         Kemandirian

·         Pendidikan perkoperasian

·         Kerjasama antar koperasi

Prinsip Koperasi berdasarkan UU No. 17 Th. 2012, yaitu:

·         modal terdiri dari simpanan pokok dan surat modal koperasi(SMK)

D.Tujuan koperasi

Koperasi tetap memiliki tujuan dimana tujuan tersebut dititik beratkan pada kepentingan para anggota dan bukan menimbun kekayaan sendiri. Berikut ini adalah tujuan koperasi, bukan hanya untuk anggota melainkan juga untuk para konsumennya atau pelanggan.

1. Bagi produsen, ada keinginan untuk menawarkan barang dengan harga yang cukup tinggi.
2. Bagi konsumen, ada keinginan untuk memperoleh barang baik dengan harga yang lebih rendah
3. Sedangkan bagi usaha kecil, ada keinginan untuk mendapatkan modal usaha yang ringan dan mengadakan usaha bersama.

E.Konsep koperasi

Konsep koperasi terbagi menjadi 3, yaitu :

• Konsep Koperasi Barat,
• Konsep Koperasi Sosialis,dan
• Konsep Koperasi Negara Berkembang

F. Bentuk koperasi

1. Berdasarkan dari tingkatannya, bentuk koperasi terdiri dari koperasi primer dan koperasi sekunder.

·         Koperasi primer adalah koperasi yang pendiriannya oleh perseorangan atau kelompok.

·         Koperasi sekunder adalah koperasi didirikan oleh badan hukum koperasi. 

2. Berdasarkan Jenis Usahanya, bentuk koperasi adalah sebagai berikut.... 

·         Koperasi Konsumen adalah koperasi yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan usaha pelayanan pada bidang penyediaan barang kebutuhan anggota dan nonanggota. 

·         Koperasi Produsen adalah koperasi yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan usaha pelayanan pada bidang pengadaan sarana produksi dan pemasaran produksi yang menghasilkan anggota kepada anggota dan non anggota. 

·         Koperasi Jasa adalah koperasi yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan usaha bagi pelayanan jasa nonsimpan pinjam yang diperlukan oleh anggota dan nonanggota. 

·         Koperasi Simpan Pinjam adalah koperasi yang menjalankan usaha simpan pinjam yang hanya melayani anggota yang meliputi kegiatan seperti menghimpun dana anggota, memberikan pinjaman kepada anggota, dan menempatkan dana pada koperasi simpan pinjam sekundernya. 

G. Tanggung jawab koperasi

1.  Pengurus bertanggug jawab terhadap segala kegiatan pengelolaan koperasi

2.  Pengurus koperasi dapat mengangkat pengelola yang diberi wewenang dan kuasa untuk mengelola usaha.

3. Pengelola bertanggumg jawab kepada pengurus

4. Hubungan antara pengelola usaha dengan pengurus koperasi merupakan hubungan kerja atas dasar perikatan.

Determiner :merupakan kata seperti the, a, an, some, that, these, dan masih banyak lagi. Determiner muncul sebelum kata benda serta frase kata benda. Apa fungsi dari determiner?

Salah satu fungsi determiner yang paling besar adalah memperjelas keberadaan suatu kata benda. Misalnya ada sebuah kalimat: I work in school (Saya bekerja di sekolah). Tanpa determiner, maka tidak ada kejelasan di sekolah mana ia bekerja. Namun, jika ia menambahkan I work in this school (Saya bekerja di sekolah ini). Maka jelas bahwa ia bekerja di sekolah ini.

Dalam bahasa Indonesia, kita juga menjumpai determiner. Di Bahasa Indonesia, terdapat kata “sebuah” sebagai determiner yang paling sering digunakan.

1. Pengertian Reflexive Pronoun

Reflexive Pronoun adalah kata ganti yang digunakan untuk menyatakan bahwa subject (berupa orang atau hewan) menerima aksi dari verb (reciprocal action) pada suatu kalimat.



Pronoun ini terdiri dari: myself, yourself, herself, himself, itself, pada bentuk singular, dan yourselves, ourselves, dan themselves pada bentuk plural. Bentuknya yang identik dengan intensive pronoun.

• Pengertian Indefinite Pronoun

Indefinite pronoun adalah kata ganti untuk orang, benda, atau hal secara umum atau tidak spesifik. Pronoun ini ada yang berbentuk singular, plural, ataupun salah satu dari keduanya. Beberapa indefinite pronoun memiliki bentuk yang serupa dengan indefinite adjective, namun berbeda pada penerapan di kalimat.

For many years the school system in Finland has been very successful. But what makes the educational system in this small country so strikingly different from others in the western world.

First of all, the Finish government makes it possible for all children to attend preschool, which comes after kindergarten. Compulsory education begins at 7. Teachers work with their pupils in school as much as possible. They have little homework to do when they get home.  When teachers are not with the pupils they spend a lot of time in schools working on the curriculum and new projects.  They teach in teams if it helps them reach their goals. That is why dropout rates are low compared to other countries.

In contrast to other nations teaching in Finland is a highly admired profession. Finland selects its teachers very carefully.  Only talented students go on to a university and receive a master’s degree in education. Finland only takes the best to educate its youth.

Schools in Finland are small, at least for international standards. More than in any other country teachers are ready to prepare children for life. In somecases they know every pupil in their school and can adjust to them. Teachers try everything to succeed with their pupils. Most of the pupils get additional help in their elementary school years, either by the teachers themselves or through 

specially trained educators.
